Another newborn for the blog :) I got to play with the cutest little boy last week, Korbin was 6 days new and so perfect. He was a great little sleeper and looked so cute in all of the hats that I put on his cute round little head. He made it just in time to celebrate Christmas with his family and I am sure was spoiled rotten! Congratulations on your sweet new baby boy, he is absolutely adorable!

I met this little peanut last week and had so much fun with her and her family. She is quite the little princess and posed so perfectly for me.  I always have so much fun with my newborns, especially the little girls although boys I love the little stud muffins too. WOW! I am embarrassed to see that it has been almost a month since my last blog post, my poor neglected blog. I have been so busy over the last month with sessions, I have met a lot of new clients and got to visit with some old, it has been great. Thank you all for keeping me busy and for allowing me to help capture your memories and turn them in to art that will last a lifetime.

I was really sad to see this little girl come in for her 1 year session, I have photographed her since she was 8 days new and every 3 months since. She has always been a joy to photograph and is so cute and sweet, I have enjoyed watching her grow over the last year. I remember seeing her for the first time, she was so little and had crazy hair and was such a good little sleeper and now still a little peanut with a little more tame hair she is still so sweet and I will for sure miss her little visits. I am crossing my fingers that a little brother or sister will be in her near future.

What a Cute lil' Chub, Case 4 days new! {Columbus OH, Newborn Photographer}

Oh MY.....can you say CUTE! This little guy is so adorable, I didn't want to give this little man back to his mommy and daddy. He reminded me so much of my youngest Myleigh with his chubby cheeks and nice filled out body, I could snuggle him all day. He is my first newborn to ever come visit me before going to his home first, they left the hospital and came straight to the studio! At 4 days new he was a champ, he slept like a dream and posed so perfectly. Welcome to the world Case Charles!

Liam was a day shy of 4 months old when he came to visit me a couple of weeks ago, what a fun session that was. He was so good and gave us all kinds of great expressions and smiles alike. A lot of photographers will dread that 3-4 month session because it is so hard but I love it and this is why! How cute is he?! I can't wait till he comes back to visit at 6 months, I am going to love watching him grow this year.

Oh my little Miss Ellie was so cute, even when she wasn't very happy. We started out the session with a lot of tears and clinging to mommy, but we ended with a lot of laughs and big smiles. She sure made her uncle work and sweat on this beautiful fall day for those smiles but when she gave them they were worth it. Ellie is one cute little girl and I loved taking her pictures even though it was a lot of work!

WOW, I have to say I don't think I have ever met a senior girl as natural and beautiful as Miss Tatiana. What a great well rounded and grounded young lady. Tatiana is looking at many different colleges right now, she has many interested in her for there rowing teams, as she is part of the Westerville Crew and Rowing is a huge part of her life. I had a great time with you Tatiana and Gail, thank you so much for such a fun evening. Good luck Tatiana!

I had a great evening with Keshia, her mom and sister last week. We had a beautiful day and was able to go to a few different locations to get some great shots. A long awaited Princess! {Columbus OHIO, Newborn Photographer}

This session was very special to me and I was so excited to be a part of this time in the Cass family's life. To some, pregnancy comes easily and growing your family isn't hard, yet still very special and miraculous. For others it is more of a journey that sometimes can be helped with medicine and sometimes by the love and generosity of another mother. I have known the Cass's for a long time and NO one deserved a happy ending to their journey more than them. I am so happy that their dreams came true and their family is now complete with the arrival of sweet baby Chloe. Congratulations Cass family and thank you for allowing me to share in this special time with you.

This little princess and her family were so sweet and fun to work with. Her big brothers were the best mannered and nicest little boys and they LOVE her so much. I was so happy when her mommy called and said "It's a GIRL!", little girls are so much fun and with two big brothers to look after her as she grows up she'll have it made. Miss Milania came to visit me all of the way from Port Clinton, twice! Her poor momma had to come all by herself with tiny Milania at 4 days new to get the first set of pictures and then come back for the family ones when all of the boys weren't sick! Milania did great on both trips and her big brothers were so cute and proud of their new little sister. Congratulations Escalera family on your new little princess, thank you for making the 2 hour drive twice. I am excited to see Milania as she grows and capture some beautiful images of her for you to cherish.

Baby Lauren, 12 days new { Columbus Ohio, Newborn and Child Photography}

This little peanut had to wait until I returned from my trip to California to work with the Amazing Megan Squires before she could come for her session, luckily at 12 days new she still felt sleepy and did great. Her big brother was so cute we had to do some of him too, since he hadn't had his picture taken for quite some time, poor mommy has been tired and preoccupied with making a baby:) She sure does do good work though! This little peanut came to see me at only 3 days new, and wide awake! You always think that the sooner you get them the sleepier they will be and the easier the session, well Miss Ella proved that theory wrong. She was a content baby, just an awake baby. We did finally get her to sleep for awhile and got some pretty sleepy poses too. Thank you Boyd family for bringing your little darling over for her photo debut.

This little girl is so cute and was a lot of fun. She came all decked out in her cute little outfit with matching hat, bracelet and the cutest little shoes, she was very proud of her bracelet. And she was full of ideas for posing, she just went to it like a little model. Happy 5th birthday Jade!

I got the chance to photograph this little one again last week. Max came for his 2 year old pictures and then we couldn't leave his big brother Jack out of the fun so we got some of him and Max together and then made mommy get some with her baby belly. There will be more of these two with their little sister in just a few weeks, hang in there Kris she'll be here before you know it! See you soon Boyd family.

I got the pleasure of photographing a sweet little baby last week who is just as cute as a button. We had a fun and exciting session with him and his adorable big sister. Brady did a great job with the sleeping and the posing and then gave us a little story to tell when he squirted his mommy.......in the face! Sorry Mandy it had to be told!! Last week I got to meet this new little princess, and she was a dream. I could not get over all of her hair, she is so pretty and sweet. She came with her parents and big brother Devin, who really isn't all that big he is a little 16 month old peanut. They are a beautiful family of 4 with a perfect little boy and a perfect little girl, I am so sad they are moving to Florida later this month and I won't get to photograph them as they grow up. I had been looking forward to meeting this little princess for months, anxiously awaiting her arrival. Wow, I guess it was a weekend for cousins! Although this session we all stayed a lot cooler in the studio than the day before when I was out in the 90+ degree weather. These 3 were fabulous, and were so good at giving some great smiles and some cheesy ones too. And even a little drama at times. Thanks Faith and Hope for bringing your beautiful kids to the studio.

What a fun session this was, even though it was 90+ degrees outside! I met up with this family down in the Arena District where we were able to find all kinds of great locations to shoot at. Little Stella was so good, it was hot and humid and we were out there for over 2 hours and she hung right in there and didn't complain or cry at all, she is a little diva. And what can I say about Riley except for.......watch out she is a knock out! You would think this was her senior shoot but she still has a few years before that will happen. She is such a pretty girl with legs that are a mile long and a attitude and personality that shines! She is her mommas daughter that's for sure. Thanks so much for hanging in there girls and making it a fun evening!

I am a little behind on blogging, Bennett came to visit me last week when he was 8 days old. This little guy traveled almost 2 hours to come for his photo debut, and was a little trooper for us. I LOVE my baby planners, watching these little ones grow and watching their little personalities blossom is so much fun. This little guy was a ham for his 3 month session and he didn't disappoint yesterday for his 6 month session, he has the best smile! I can't wait for his 9 month session to roll around in the fall, maybe some fun outdoor pictures will be in order.

I got to meet up with the White family the other night for a HOT, HOT summer session. Big brother Jake gave me (and his parents) a run for our money, he was a busy little bee. Run, run, run that was the theme of the evening, or chase, chase, chase! I had a great time with them either way, Jake was a busy little boy but he was so sweet and his little sister Sidney was an alert little sweetheart that just went with the flow. Look who is 9 months already! {Columbus OH, Family Photographer}

I have been photographing Miss Amelia since she was a tiny little newborn, and I can't believe it has already been 9 months. She is always so much fun to photograph with all of her cute little expressions and smiles she gives out so easily. We got to meet up at beautiful Inniswood this time for a fun outdoor family session, it was warm and muggy but she was a trooper and hung in there for us. I am sure she will be in the studio for her 1 year cake smash before I know it, I can't wait to see her expressions when she is all sugared up on icing!

3 more weeks! Boy or Girl??? {Columbus OH Maternity & Newborn Photographer}

I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing a wonderful family who is expecting a new little one in just a few short weeks, it was a hot one out but we had a lot of fun and captured some great moments. Their little boy Devin is adorable and was an active little guy, playing and running around, there was no time for sitting and/or posing for him. But we managed to capture some great family shots of them having fun and enjoying each other. I am so glad that I didn't put poor mama into labor with all of the walking, the heat and the constant up and down with moving locations. I can't wait to see what she has, a little brother or a little sister for Devin, either way I am sure the new little one will be just as adorable and sweet. Over the weekend I met up with this wonderful family at a local park for a great family session with their adorable 4 month old baby boy Christian "Min". The day started off a little crazy with rescheduling the time due to the rain but I am glad we didn't postpone because little Min was all smiles for us. I had so much fun capturing some great moments for them to cherish and I hope that when they look at them they see the beauty and love of their family that I see. Meet the not so little Josie, weighing in at close to 10 pounds she was the perfect little model for me. I just love baby chub! I wasn't sure if Miss Josie was going to make it though, her poor mama has had some complications and got re-released from the hospital just in time and Josie got her pictures done on her mommy's birthday! I got to meet up with Alexa again yesterday for some more senior pictures. We did some studio shots and then found a great location to do some fun outdoor pictures with old barns, pretty fields and some great fences to use. I got to spend the morning with 10 day old Kennedy and her family. I had the best time with this adorable little man, he is so cute and reminded me of my own little boy who is now 7 years old. Carter came a little earlier than he was expected, 4 weeks early and weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces, had he waited just one more day he would have been born on my sons birthday. I got to photograph one of my favorite little girls yesterday, 6 month old Arenal. She is such a pretty little girl with her creamy skin and her big beautiful eyes, she looks like a little doll baby. Arenal did a wonderful job giving me a ton of smiles and eye contact and as always had the cutest little outfits thanks to her Mommy! I can't wait to see her again at the end of summer for her 9 month shoot.

I am loving all of these newborns that have been coming lately, they have been so cute and sweet, and little Lincoln did not disappoint. He was 9 days new and just as good as could be! We started the session with a few (okay a lot) of little messes on everything and everyone, me included! These two siblings came a few weeks ago ( I got a little behind on blogging) and they did such a GREAT job! They were both very cooperative and excited to have there pictures taken, they were up for anything! I think mom bribed them with a McDonalds lunch so they didn't want to disappoint and miss out on a happy meal. Can you believe that Corinne is only 6, she is a little diva and looks like she is at least 9! And well "baby" Tom as his mom calls him is not looking much like a baby these days either. Adorable Evelyn {Delaware, Ohio Newborn Photograher}

This little sweetheart was the very first newborn I ever photographed and she is now 10 months old! I can't believe how fast the time has flown by, she will be starting kindergarten before we know it. Evelyn is always a joy to photograph, as long as her mommy is close by she will easily give out me a ton of smiles. She is most certainly a momma's girl!

I had the pleasure of seeing this beautiful family again yesterday to photograph their new little bundle of joy, Sawyer. Maggie, Jason and Marley came a few months ago and had one of the sweetest Maternity shoots ever! I was so excited to get that spunky cute little Marley back in the studio to catch some great moments of her with her new brother, unfortunately little Sawyer as cute as he is was not very cooperative. We managed to get a few great shots of him with his family but that is all he was willing to give up. Sorry Maggie we weren't able to get more, he is a handsome little man and you have a beautiful family. Congratulations Weeks family on your newest addition!

Today I had a visit from 6 day old Brayden Michael, doesn't that sound like a STAR football player to be!! If his dad has anything to say about it he will be playing for Michigan, poor guy will have to come to his hometown and get beat by the Buckeyes! I am a little behind, these were actually Easter pictures for Miss Aubrey. You may remember this little cutie from the pictures she came to do with her dad before his deployment, I don't know if we can beat the sweetness of those ones but she is still pretty cute.

This little guy is 4 weeks old! He came into this world a little sooner than expected at 32 weeks weighing 4lbs 11oz and finally got to come home with his family last week. Carter is still itty bitty but doing great and changing daily. He is such a pretty baby and I had so much fun with his first photoshoot, he is a natural! Meet little Sawyer Levi who joined us a week later than he was supposed to, his mommy had made such a nice comfortable home for him he didn't want to leave. April Fools! (He was due on April 1st) Sawyer was a dream to photograph, he made it through the entire session without peeing or pooing on any of the props......and then he got his dad! Oh well, can't blame the little guy and you can't be mad at such a cutie. Congratulations Erin and Luke he is gorgeous!

This is the third time I have had the pleasure of photographing little Miss Mia, I love watching my baby planners as they grow up. Amelia was wonderful, she had plenty of smiles to give out and was so cute with all of her cute expressions. I think her favorite past time right now is playing with her tongue, she can really work it! I hope you enjoy looking at her pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
